Good Morning All,

…and what a great night it was to ride!  We had a great turnout of riders with 54 members and one guest for a total of 55.  This set a record for the season to date and beat our record of 54 for last season.  Thanks to all who came out to ride.  This record group rode a total of 931 miles for the evening.

Our four different rides provided everyone a chance to chose a ride that fit their ability and interests.  Tom  Hotaling’s challenge ride for our experienced riders covered 25 miles while Mike Lyon’s more intermediate level group covered 15 miles.  Mark Perrin of The Bikery with the help of Dean Connery, Roland Person and Al Storrings broke into two groups that covered easy distances of 10 and 15 miles each.  The canal group that I lead went the extra distance and covered 15 miles on our trip to Memphis.  Perfect night for a longer ride…and we all went the distance…even 8 year old Owen Paz in my group did the15.  Congratulations all!
