Hi Everyone,

It must be that some folks who would have come to ride thought it might rain…but it did not.  It was a great night to ride.  Perfect temperature…little to no breeze…what more could you ask for?  Turnout was lighter than normal…most likely due to the doubtful weather.  Everyone seemed to have fun despite this.

We had 34 members and no guests who rode a total of 619 miles.  Tom Hotaling led a spirited group on his “hilly” 25 mile loop since it was the last Tuesday of the month.  Mike Lyon took the intermediate group on a less strenuous 18 mile loop.  Mark Perrin of The Bikery with help from Roland Pearson and Al Storings led the 10/13 mile easy road loop.  I would have led the easy 10 mile canal/highway loop but there were no takers.  Next week I bring the road bike.

Cookies and watermelon made a nice treat for all riders upon their return to the park.  No flats or mechanicals reported.
