Bill Kocher, a long-time OCC member, passed away this week Bill was a very active participant in the club time trials on Tag Rd and Caughdenoy Rd After he set his share of age-group records, he became the time trial director, a position he held for several years He was a great guy Condolences to his wife Carolyn, his brother and fellow OCC'er Paul, and family
