Hi all,
Spin class on Wednesday. Wednesday is going to be wet, cool and windy. It is the perfect conditions for an indoor spin session. Doors or open at 5:30,  class starts at 6 p.m.   for hour and a half.
Thursday is also forecasted for rain so you might want to consider Wednesday's indoor spin.
