[occ2] Cues for Sunday's ridewithgps maps

Some of you may have noticed that the cuesheets for the ridewithgps maps for Sunday's rides are missing many of the cues. My bike computer uses them to help me navigate, so I added them to my copy of the route. While I was doing that, I figured I'd add them for the other distances for anyone else who uses cues.

If you are going to use them, please double check that they line up exactly with the OCC's official version (and that they include all necessary cues); I did my best, but I can't promise perfection.
