With much chagrin I have decided to cancel the Time Trial tonight.   The TT course appears to be ground zero for a red cell at  6:00-6:30.    It is already raining there now.  The roads are already wet and a severe T-storm is due to hit the course.   

We need to consider the safety of all involved.  If it is raining, I will not be able to sweep the course and I won't put up the signage for fear of violent wind damaging them.   It's not a good situation.  

So, for the first time in three years, I am cancelling the TT due to rain and potentially dangerous conditions.  We did cancel once last year due to extremely high wind.

We'll our streak of good weather for the Tuesday night Time Trial is potentially going to end today.  We'll see how this plays out.   It is supposed to be cloudy the afternoon, but there is a chance for severe T-storms.    I'll monitor the radar and send out a notice mid-afternoon.  We've been here before and things have worked out fine.

If you can't get to your email later this afternoon, send me a txt if you are wondering if we are a GO or not.
