You can also stop at Gears and Grinds bike shop which is about 2 blocks from the ferry dock in Kingston.  My son, who has worked there, sent me their links to several Kingston bike routes when some friends wanted similar information.  Unfortunately I didn't keep the email but I can tell you there were lots of options.

Some of my family is going to drive up to Cape Vincent and take the ferry to Wolfe Island and bike from there into Kingston ON… we are looking for suggestions for bike routes/suggested stops in Kingston once there…

 

We are looking for around 30 miles total riding – so no more than 10 to 15 miles in Kingston…

 

I have done some searches on Ride With GPS but have not found much – I did find a great 70 mile ride that loops from Cape Vincent in Canada, then up the coast and back into the US and down back to Cape Vincent (next summer on that one J )

 

I wasn’t sure if anyone in OCC has done a ride like this, but thought it was worth asking… thanks in advance…
