Some questions, as never tried a trainer:
- Is a special quick release needed to fit in the trainer?
- Hard to balance?
- Is rear wheel raised up and is the bike tilted forward a bit?
- Do trainers wear out tires? (put on cheap tires?)
- Do trainers provide resistance? If not, does one shift gears much?
- Use brakes as usual to slow down?
- How early should one arrive, especially on their first try?
- Are trainers hard on the bike?
- How long are the classes?
- Does one have to keep up with the class or just ride at their own pace?
