I am so excited to see you there! If you or your friends have not yet registered, there's still time. Sign up online until 4 pm Thursday! Or register the day of Ride and Run! Please arrive at Long Branch Park 45 minutes before your activity, and we'll make it happen! (The 5K starts promptly at 9:30 am. For a list of ride start times, click here.)
 If you are already registered, packet pick up will be Wednesday, June 20, from noon to 6 pm at Fleet Feet, 5800 Bridge Street, East Syracuse. You can also pick up your packet at Long Branch Park on Saturday starting at 6am. Please allow at least 45 minutes for parking, and packet pick up.
Before your event, grab breakfast from Bagelicious bagels and a cup of Starbucks coffee! After your event, stay for Lunch, Brown Bag Raffle and more! Bring your friends and family, and take time after your event to have lunch from Rescue Mission Catering Services (complimentary to participants!) and enjoy music and activities in the park. - Stop by the Expo Tent to make your bid at the silent auction and raffle!
- Visit our vendor expo for browsing and shopping.
- Kids will enjoy the free bounce house, popcorn and snow cones.
