Hi Everyone,

It was a great evening to get out for a bike ride!  We had 57 members and no guests come out to ride on a beautiful evening.  What great weather to ride…we seem to get some of the worst weather around but when it is nice, it’s GREAT!  These “57” had the opportunity to choose one of four different rides last night.  Being the last Tuesday of the month, Tom Hotaling lead his challenge group on an extra-hilly 25 mile loop while Mike Lyon took his intermediate group on a new 22 mile jaunt through Camillus and back.  Mark Perrin of the Bikery with his assisting ride leaders (Roland Pearson, Dean Connery and Al Storrings) led a group of riders on an all highway loop of 10 miles. I led a small group on a combined highway and canal path ride of 10 miles also.  All total, the 57 riders covered 1081 miles.

For those who stuck around after the ride, we enjoyed some cookies and cold watermelon!

Don’t forget…no ride next week because of the holiday…enjoy your Fourth!  The park will be here if you need to ride.
