The weekend got away from me...
7 riders came out for a spectacular ride. All chose to do the short route which we tweaked at the end climbing Tully Truxton Rd. to avoid Route 80. We enjoyed the slightly overcast skies, cooler temperatures and amazing views. It was a couple member's first time riding in the area. All appreciated the no drop ride format.
At 25 miles there was one mechanical issue, a broken chain. Rider's wife served as sag.
Milk shakes and ice latte's were post-ride recovery fuel.
