[occ2] Bert the lost dog was found and is okay

I ran into Matt, the owner of Bert the dog who was hit by a car on North Rd. in Tully and wandered off. David VanWie posted a notice on the l;istserv. on Sunday.

Matt wrote and said that Bert was found nearby and aside from a minor injury to his paw, seems to be okay.
