Moderate to heavy rain has already hit parts of the TT course. Moderate rains will be hitting the Chestnut Ridge Rd area (first 3 miles of course) around 5:15pm. It appears that the whole course will be in light rain until at least 7pm. In addition, some red cells are going to floating through about a mile or two away to the south at the time TTers would be warming up. That's too close for comfort.
I'm going to call it now. The Time Trial is cancelled.
