This year proceeds will benefit Step Up Moment.  Step Up Moment is a registered NYS 501c3 nonprofit organization. Their mission is to improve the health and nutrition of Syracuse’s poorest communities.  Step Up Moment hosts free group fitness sessions for the homeless and individuals living in poverty - helping them achieve their “Step Up Moment!” All community members are invited to attend, creating an avenue for human connection and personal growth.  Their goal is to promote healthy lifestyles.  Without health, it is almost impossible to flourish. Currently in Syracuse, New York, workout sessions are held at the Rescue Mission, and participants earn $50 in healthy groceries for every 5 sessions attended.
