An hour ago I was writing that the forecast improved and that we were a Go. But, then I went outside and felt it was still misting. I held off.
It's an hour later and I just went outside again (Dewitt) and it is STILL MISTING. The pavement is thoroughly wet. Even if the misting stops, it will remain overcast and the humidity will be 90+%. I am doubtful the roads will dry out adequately in three hours.
I have decided to postpone the start of the TT season one more week.
Karen and Ken can let me know if I made the right call.

Unfortunately, the forecast calls for rain early in the day and sporadic bursts of rain/showers throughout the day.
