Jeff will be having his last skills clinic at the Thursday night slow and easy East side ride.  He will cover shifting and braking.  The clinic starts at 5:15pm, the ride at 6:00 p.m.  More details here: https://onondagacyclingclub.org/2019/06/18/occ-skills-clinics/

Also, for those looking for a challenge ride, Jeff has drawn up a route with 1,000 ft of climbing.  He will have maps available for those wishing to do that ride.  

The no-drop ride will follow the usual route.
