List serve has been very quiet.  So I thought I would remind everyone about a danger in early “Spring” riding.

I didn’t do any last year and forgot how bad my judgement can be.  This is in regards to identifying the difference between rock salt and glass.  I get somewhat into a rhythm, rock salt, rock salt, rock salt, glass, which seems tends to repeat.  This is bad when it gets interrupted with a pssssss.  So beware of mindless mantras and problems in identifying the debris on the should of the road during spring.
