[occ2] Club rides are still on hold

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to let you know that the group rides are still on hold and we don't know when they are going to start. The calendar shows rides starting this month but that may not happen. We are getting mixed messages from the State. I think at this point it is mostly an insurance issue. The OCC board is meeting (online) this weekend. I will post again on Monday.
