You must use the new sign-in sheets from this packet don't use any old ones.

The insurance company changed the waiver and all members and guests must sign the new waiver form before they can do a club ride. So to be sure, we are having all members sign the waiver at all the rides this year. This new member sign-in sheet now has a first page that has the waiver and spots for a few members to sign. The second and third pages of the sign-in sheet only has spaces to sign. However, the members must read the first page even if all those slots are full and they are signing on another page. The guest sign-in sheet and club application also have been updated.

Please download and print the new packet.

Thank you for leading rides, especially during the pandemic, without you couldn't have club rides.
