If you ride at Great Bear and ever wanted to give back, here is a good chance. This Friday at 9am Friends of Great Bear will be putting in a new 30ft section of plankway on the Long Trail just south of 6 North junction. Some of the lumber is at the site but 9 10ft boards will need to be carried. The base will need to placed and boards nailed on. Dick will have most of the tools needed. Please bring a mask and a hammer if you can.
