Time Trial is CANCELLED!!
The roads are still wet here in Manlius at 2:10pm. Temperature is a chilly 56 degrees. I am doubtful the rides will fully dry out and even if they do, the breeze will be 10mph out of the W-NW. That is the most unfavorable direction. So, not much reason to go ahead with the Time Trial.
Let's see what Mother Nature brings us next week.

Well tomorrow isn't looking all that good for the Time Trial. Forecast calls for steady rain in the morning and tailing off around 1-2pm. The temperature is supposed to be 58 degrees and the wind will shift to the W-NW at 10mph. If this forecast holds I'm inclined to cancel the TT. I'll assess again tomorrow morning.
Assuming the roads dry out, if any of you really,really want to do the TT with these predicted conditions, please let me know. I'll certainly factor in your opinion. I just don't want to hold the TT and have no one show up.
