For your amusement:
Route 298 is being resurfaced and is now heavily grooved Starting at Taft Rd. going north to Bridgeport. I don’t know how long it goes, since I turned around pretty quickly. But I couldn’t see the north end of it from Taft.
The recently resurfaced New Boston St. west from Canastota has finally center and side striping.
North of Chittenango, the bridge on McGraw Rd between Lakeport Rd and Bolivar is open once again.
