[occ2] Tuesday ride report

Had great weather for a ride. So this meant there were 41 riders doing 18-25 miles for a total of 876 miles. Thanks to Karen Kelly for stepping up and leading one of the groups. Right now looks like much warmer for next week. Oh yah, there was one flat reported occurring about a mile from the park on the ride back.
