I'm happy to report that the cookies were indeed de-lish. They did not disappoint. WOW, what a great turnout today. I think today we had the best attendance of the season outside of the slow and easy rides. We must have a lot of cookie monsters in the club.
It was great seeing folks that don't ride that often. Loved catching up with some nice conversation. I also noticed we had a bunch of new riders that I've never met. Also very fun meeting them and hanging out with some at the end. Seems everyone had a great ride. Some got a little off track. I know that Ride with GPS is not 100 percent correct on some routes. This is one of those rides. Some of the directions were a bit confusing. My recommendation is always bring a map just in case Ride with GPS gets us turned around.
The only mechanical that I'm aware of is an uncharged, completely dead battery. Names will not be named but those with motor bikes..uh...e-bikes should be sure they're charged up. Just one more thing we now have to be aware of in this day and age. Hope to see everyone I met soon on other rides.
