[occ2] OCC Wed ride Gulf and Brinkerhoff

will have a few maps for Wed ride
feature hills are Gulf Road steep and challenging due to length
Brinkerhoff is long and less steep than Gulf
can bypass the steep part of Maple by going up Lucas X road
be careful going down Stanley Rd since there is a turn at bottom of hill
keep watch on the weather, likely to improve from today's future forecast
note that the Kirkville Road bridge construction starting July 12 won't affect us
going onto East Road will bypass it. However the Thurday Ride SNE will need to go onto East Road instead of going up N Main St
