[occ2] Road conditions

East Lake Rd in Caz has fresh stone from just north of the high school to Peth Rd. Rideable but too much stone on the shoulders. North Lake also has fresh stone. Peth is fine. 

Also, Dyke Rd coming south out of Chittenango is now nicely paved to Olmstead near where it joins 13, but the bridge at 13 is closed. Olmstead is open and rideable to 13.
