I'm the volunteer coordinator of the Mountain Goat on 10/24.

If I can get 10 or more volunteers from the OCC club on race day.

Basically, we set up organizations to "mile captain" one of the miles. I'm the one who coordinates it, so I'd hold their hand and get them all set. The police close the roads. We assist them by manning the barricades.
