[occ2] Volunteers needs for the CNY Family Bike Giveaway

Starting today (11/20/2021) volunteers are needed to help fix up bikes to give to CNY families in need. All skill levels are needed. Some bikes just need cleaning. Some just new tubes/tires. Some need major work. Help at the level you’re comfortable with.

Let's make Saturday 12/4 OCC members day at the Giveaway. Come out and lend a hand with your OCC friends.
