Well, Mother Nature got the last laugh. I was close to cancelling earlier, but , decided at the last second to go ahead w TT.
It's currently raining at the start line and puddles have formed. We won't be able to TT tonight.

Mother Nature has chosen to be fickle this afternoon. It appears that a light mist will be on the course until about 4:45pm. It is misting similarly in Manlius and the roads are not wet. There is a slight chance the misting will return around 6:45pm.
