The showers should clear off the TT course by 4pm. This should give adequate time for the roads to dry by the start time.

While the rain fall was needed, it does make it hard to plan our outdoor rides. It is not looking good for the Time Trial tonight. The chance of precipitation is 30-60% all day. The temperature will be around 70 degrees and very humid. As a result, the roads will take longer to dry out. I'll make the final call around 1-2 pm.
