[occ2] First Outdoor Ride is Saturday

First outdoor ride is Saturday! The weather forecast for 10 am is 35 degrees, cloudy, and 11 mph wind from the west. The rain should stop at about 9 pm Friday. So the roads may be dry.

I will be doing the 25-mile version of OLP-2
