Hope you all had a Merry Christmas !      Time to work off some of those gingerbread cookies and apple pie!    Oh?  was that just me?  

Tonight's Zwift will be on the Richmond, Virginia 2015 UCI Road World Championship route.   Peter Sagan took his first World Champs jersey by attacking on one of the short punchy climbs near the end of the route.   The route is about 10 miles long and has three punchy (6-10%) ~ 1000 ft long climbs (80ft vert) in the last 3 miles.  The rest of the course is pretty flat and overall averages about 40ft/mile.   Our goal will be to finish 2 laps on the course in an hour.
