A light showing Tuesday night and probably for the best since I messed up. I forgot to set the time of the ride to 60 minutes. So, when we got done with the first lap of the Richmond course our meet-up was done. We were no longer grouped together. Unfortunately, that happened at around 10.8 miles. I kept going for the hour but I think the others didn't realize they could continue.
Next week our fearless leader Paul should be back from his trip to the far regions of the world. If he is not, I promised to not make the same mistake twice.
Enjoy the warm weather!

Tonight's Zwift will be on the Richmond, Virginia 2015 UCI Road World Championship route. Peter Sagan took his first World Champs jersey by attacking on one of the short punchy climbs near the end of the route. The route is about 10 miles long and has three punchy (6-10%) ~ 1000 ft long climbs (80ft vert) in the last 3 miles. The rest of the course is pretty flat and overall averages about 40ft/mile. Our goal will be to finish 2 laps on the course in an hour.
I just sent out the meet-up invite from Zwift Companion. If anyone else wants to join, please follow me in Zwift Companion and let me know you need an invite.
See ya on the virtual road!
