The Madison County highway department giveth and taketh away. Chestnut Ridge repaving is mostly completed, but, unfortunately, Black Creek has been stoned. While the middle of Black Creek is getting packed down from local car traffic, there are still loose stones on the sides of the road. I don't feel that it safe enough to use for the Time Trial tomorrow. Lets give it another week to pack down.

PS: Huge finishing week for the TdF After today's flat stage, 3 mountain stages, a hilly stage and TT the final stage into Nice. Pogacar is in good position to win, but, will his legs wilt in pursuit of the Giro/TdF combo ?
