I had opted to postpone starting up the Time Trials due to the stoning of Black Creek road. While the Madison County highway department has made a mess of the north end of Black Creek road by dumping enough stone to fill Letchworth State Park, I was able to clear a relatively clean path for our TTers. The stone is now packed down with the exception of about 18" on the side of the road. The good news is that the first 3 miles on Chestnut Ridge now on new SMOOTH pavement !!
There is about a 45% chance of rain in the afternoon and evening tomorrow, so we will need to keep an eye on it.
