[occ2] East side road updates (7/30/2024)

Some east-side of Onondaga/Near Madison County road updates as of 7/30/2024 (roads are included in various OCC courses):

  1. North Kirkville Rd. (north of the village of Kirkville) at the train tracks crossing - Completely closed due to crossing repair until 8/5/2024 (date according to Google). Hopefully, this project will make this RR crossing much smoother than it was.

  2. Village of Minoa - Almost half of the small trenches cut directly across the N. Main St. road in the village have been filled with asphalt and are much more comfortable to cross.

  3. Minoa Rd./Schepps Corners Rd. - Road closed at NYS Thruway crossing until at least October 2024.

  4. North of the village of Chittenango - Lakeport Rd from Chittenango to Lakeport has been freshly repaved and is VERY smooth cycling. No lines have been painted yet, but the road is nice.

  5. Black Creek Rd. (part of the east side TT course) - Still not paved/loose stone in parts.

  6. Chestnut Ridge Rd. (part of the east side TT course) - Freshly paved and smooth, but no lines yet.
