Fall is definitely in the air.  The temperature at start time (5:45pm ish) was 66 degrees.  The full sun kept it comfortable.  The breeze appeared to be about 5mph out of the NW.  Cool weather is a double edged sword -  the cool air is denser and therefore offers more resistance, but, on the other hand,  one is less likely to overheat.

Four TTers showed up to take advantage of the reasonably good conditions.   Mike H sliced and diced the course in a FMT time of 25:11 (23.82mph).  I'm sure he will eclipse his goal of 25 min this year if the weather stays nice enough. Not far behind was Ken who stormed through the course in a time of 25:46 (23.28mph) - only 6 seconds off of his 2024 Best time.
