Mike Hopper here; I  will be Ride Leader for the Thursday ride from the Minoa Fire Department.

We'll have the usual options from 10 to 23 miles (I'm not sure if the 29 option is rideable yet)

Slow is a subjective term, we typically have a few different waves go out, pick your own pace!
