Hi Ed,
My name is Sara Clark and I'm the club secretary for The CNY Triathlon Club. I wanted to reach out to you to send your club member's an offer to come to spin classes at our Winter Training Facility in Syracuse this winter.
We're offering a $30 dollar membership which includes access to all our available classes for December, January, February,March, and early April.
Our current classes are Monday and Wednesday nights at 6pm,Wednesday morning at 10:30am, and Saturday morning at 9am. The link to sign up for this special membership is : https://runsignup.com/Club/NY/Dewitt/CNYTriathlonClub
The membership is called "Winter Training Facility Only".
We also have a few new treadmills in the facility in case anyone wants a little extra exercise post spin class.
