The weather forecast has improved significantly.   There is a 35-40% chance of showers from 6-7pm.  Hopefully, those will not occur.

I'm watching the TdF Time Trial while working.  I can't believe the course isn't better monitored.  One thing we won't have on our course is mindless spectators walking across without regard for the TTers. 

Conditions at start time:
Temperature             75 degrees
Wind                         10 mph SSW
Skies                         Cloudy with a 35% chance of showers
Humidity                    High ~ 70%
