Cherry valley ride saturday aug 15 9AM
 
looks like a nice day for a few hills and not too many flat sections
opportunity to go slow and take in the surroundings.
 
  1. steep from Jamesville to Penitentiary.  I've seen ironman folks go up this slowly
  2. then Sweet road with rolling sections. another ironman section
  3. down hill after Rt 20 to Fabius
  4. then on Rt 80 the down and up at the reservior.  another ironman section
  5. Sky High Road is up
  6. Lafayette road is short and steep . ironman too
looks like old Syracuse ironman route but not starting from Jamesville beach
 
so bring those low gears and enjoy the ride
