This coming Monday, July 27th the Monday night, 6pm,  mtn bike ride will happen at the Split Rock trails. We will be parking at the end of Smoral Rd. The gates will most likely be closed but you can park just outside the gates. This is a bit of an advanced place to ride so as usual we will split up into ability groups. Tuesday night brought us the fastest air of the season.... 92 degrees with 50% humidity. The downside was that the TTers had to face off against a 15mph W headwind for the first 3 miles.    5 TTers rolled to the start line.  For the first time Hop donned his blazing red "Flash" speedsuit.  True to the suit's theme, he sliced through the early headwinds and had enough left in the tank to obliterate his PR by 12 seconds with a FMT of 24:07 (24.87mph).  Brigitte was a guest last week ...Continue Reading
