Dear OCC Members,Spin Classes* at the WTF are at 9:00 am every Saturday. On Feb 3, at 10:00 am Paul Fenwick will resume his Yoga instruction from 10:00 until 11:00 am. Spin those legs early and then thoroughly stretch the legs and whole body. The benefits are enormous!
