The conditions Tuesday at the TT course were cooler and less breezy than originally predicted.  Temps hovered at 69-70 degrees and the NW breeze was around 6mph by my best estimation.  Almost, dare I say,  Fall-like.   5 TTers showed up to pit themselves against the course.
