Well, as the song goes, "June, she'll change her tune". Or, as we say in Syracuse, wait an hour and the weather will change. Unlike yesterday's washout, today will be a great day for a ride. 0% chance of rain and 70's. And,without a doubt, the DeRuyter Reservoir Tour is a beauty and a classic. It’s still raining in my part of Camillus and scheduled to rain through 6:00. I know it can vary from one part of town to another, but chilly, rainy, and windy does not top my list.
