Dang! I thought I sent these out already! Tuesday evening was very sticky and warm.... about 80 degrees and 70% humidity. The roads were still slightly wet in the shaded areas. While the breeze was supposed to be light out of the NW, the TTers perceived a tailwind in the first three miles heading west. Four TTers rolled to the line for the Race of Truth. Tiago returned to the TT course after his smashing victory in the GL Tri several weeks ago.  ...Continue Reading

Twenty-five on the Fourth of July! Total of 10 riders, most of whom completed the full 25, for a total of 236 miles. PERFECT weather - just spectacular. I hope the 50/100 mile group had a great ride too! We had one unfortunate flat tire incident with a spare tube that had a compromised valve. 😢 But look at these colorful ladies! Great seeing all who came out - makes providing this shorter option worthwhile and fun. Shoutout to John Tomarchio who led the faster of the two groups - thank you!Karen Kelly ...Continue Reading

The longer route does pass several convenience stores to replenish. We meet in the plaza at Onondaga Blvd and Velasko Rd parking in the section of the lot behind the McDonalds. I’m bringing cookies (trying to compete with Ed). You have to show up to find out what kind. See you there. Thanks,Phil Dilmore ...Continue Reading

Hello from your friendly recreational ride leader!I’ve received enough positive responses to a 25 mile 4th of July ride that it’s been added as an option for those who’d prefer something shorter than 50 or 100 miles. I’ve attached a link. IMPORTANT NOTES:1. This ride starts at Lewis Park, in Minoa, not the Fayetteville starting location for the 50 & 100 mile rides. I’m sparing this group from the heavy traffic back into Fayetteville on the return.2. If you’re reading this before the schedule is corrected, the ride t ...Continue Reading
