Passing along this link to a Saturday morning WTF remote spinn session on zoom. I've been doing the Monday night spin sessions and I have to tell you, they are very good. I definitely get a good workout. If you follow along and do as instructed,  you will too. The advantage for me is because they are at home I get to walk upstairs after and get a good hot shower without having to drive home.
