Today is Sunday … Tuesday is just a couple of days away.  Start thinking about coming out to ride the Slow ‘n Easy West ride  this coming Tuesday, August 14th, at 6:00 PM.  We’ll be riding from Reed Webster Park in Camillus on Warners Rd. We had a fine night for the Time Trial. The breeze died down to a mere puff and temps were around 80 degrees.Five TTers rolled to the line.  Greg Lowe couldn't  convince Robyn to go tandem, so he came with the road bike sporting some go-fast accoutrements and mashed out the Fastest Mens Time of 25:07 (23.89mph).  Stephanie Tashjian coming off a 4 day Adirondack hike and a huge canal ride over the weekend took the FWT honors with a time of 31:42 (18.92mph).  Dick Rybinski took 8 seconds off of his PR, ...Continue Reading
