Hi all, Due to the wet, cold and winds in Syracuse area this week, we will do another indoor session on Wednesday where there will be no rain, cold or stiff winds.  Also no cars, potholes and debris on the shoulders and there will be video/music.   Come early at 5:30 and get an 1:30 or more.  Officially starts at 6 PM with Ab and core work at 7:05 so you can pedal to 7:20 PM.   Good news is that Saturday and Sunday are looking better Rich ...Continue Reading
