This Tuesday, we are doing something different. Instead of a group ride, we will try a group endurance workout for the hour. We will still stay together, but the instructions for cadence/power output will be shown on the screen. If you don’t have a FTP score, it may be a good idea to do a FTP test prior to Tuesday night. The workout zones are based on your FTP. Zwift will estimate a score for you, but if it is high, you may get gassed in the workout.
